Thanksgiving Recipe : Southern Pecan Pie

A holiday favorite that brings warmth, sweetness, and just the right amount of crunch!
Ingredients:
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups pecan halves
• 1 unbaked pie crust (9-inch)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together corn syrup, sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
- Cool before serving (if you can resist!).
